Following the first loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday (112:109) since December 30, 2015, the Golden State Warriors’ small forward, Kevin Durant, expressed his thoughts on the Mavs’ talented youngster, Luka Doncic.
Kevin Durant said, per Clutchpoints: “I like him a lot…He’s polished. He’s skilled. You can tell that he played professional basketball already and they’ve got a great guy in him to lead this franchise in the future. Him and Dennis Smith play well together.”
In his rookie season, Luka Doncic is averaging 19.5 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game, while shooting at 46.7 percent from the floor in 33.7 minutes of action.
