AEK Athens guard, Xavier Rathan-Mayes, will be sidelined for two or three weeks, due to an injury in his right shoulder.
The Canadian player got injured during the match between AEK Athens and Holargos in the fifth round of the Greek Basket League.
The MRI scan showed that his injury is more serious than expected and, consequently, he will remain out of action for the next two or three weeks.
Rathan-Mayes has averaged 12.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists in the Greek Basket League as well as 12.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists in the Basketball Champions League so far.
