On whether this defeat can be harmful for Panathinaikos later in the season: Of course it can. Zalgiris Kaunas is a force to be reckoned with and it is likely we will finish the regular season with identical records. So yes, this defeat can be harmful for us in the future.”
On what went wrong in the game: “We didn’t execute well and didn’t do what the coach had told us (to do). We conceded easy baskets and we were ineffective defensively.”
On his individual performance: “Although we lost, I am happy about my performance, it was my first EuroLeague appearance this season. I hope I will help the team even more in the upcoming games.”
