As the club announced today, Tornike Shengelia has signed a new, four-year contract with Baskonia and will remain with the Basques until 2022.
The 26-year-old power forward became one of the highest paid players in the EuroLeague, while his contract includes only NBA opt-out clauses.
Shengelia, who was selected in the All-EuroLeague and All-ACB First Team last season, averaged 13.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 33 EuroLeague games with Baskonia.
