It is no secret that Giorgos Printezis is not happy in Malaga, as coach Reneses doesn’t seem to trust him, leaving him out of the roster for the latest Unicaja games, while not giving him significant playing time before that either.

In that frame, according to Greek media, Olympiacos has made initial contacts with both the player and his manager in order to bring him back after one and a half years.

Olympiacos are traveling to Malaga this week, facing Unicaja for the 8th week of the Euroleague and the management of the Reds sees that as a first class opportunity to further negotiations with the Greek forward.

Unicaja on the other hand would not mind to get rid of Printezis’ contract, as he is the best paid player of the club, with a salary of about 1.2 million euro.
