STRELNIEKS CLOSES IN ON MOVE TO CSKA?

Latvian international Janis Strelnieks could be moving from troubled Budivelnik Kiev to CSKA Moscow in a move that would infuriate Kiev fans due to the tension between the two nations.

Strelnieks though who averaged 8.1 points in the Euroleague last season and then 10.9 in the Eurocup could be a CSKA Moscow player by the end of the week.

LOJESKI ALSO GETTING CSKA’S ATTENTION?

CSKA Moscow are also interested in Olympiacos’ Matt Lojeski as well, with the Russians presenting an offer to the Greek side.

It is rumoured that Lojeski is a target for Real Madrid as well.

DELANEY COMPLETES MOVE TO KUBAN

Malcolm Delaney has now completed his move to Lokomotiv Kuban from Euroleague side Bayern Munich.

The move marks Delaney’s fourth club in four countries in four years. He has won at least one domestic title in those four years.

DJEDOVIC STAYS IN MUNICH

While Delaney is heading out of Munich, Bosnian international Nihad Djedovic is staying put with Bayern, his agent says.

Djedovic has signed a two-year deal with Bayern Munich despite interest from the NBA as said by agent Misko Raznatovic.

PRINTEZIS STAYING WITH OLYMPIACOS?

Georgios Printezis is close to re-signing for Olympiacos, sources in Greece say with the forward looking to extend his deal until 2017.

Printezis, who led Olympiacos to back-to-back Euroleague titles in 2012 and 2013 will look to earn at least €1.7million when the contract is extended.

DAVID LOGAN LEAVES ALBA BERLIN

David Logan has left Alba Berlin and is now a free agent.

The former Panathinaikos player narrowly missed out on a Beko BBL title this season, as Alba lost out to Bayern Munich.
