Tyrese Rice has finally got what he wanted.
The talented point guard has left Barcelona and has joined Chinese Basketball Association side Shenzhen Leopards, replacing the released Keith Langford.
Rice was one of few players who completed last season with Barcelona without falling to injury. He averaged 13.0 points a game, starting in all 30 of the team’s EuroLeague games.
In 2014 Rice won the EuroLeague championship with Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv, and he won the Final Four MVP as well. A year later he won the EuroCup with Khimki and also won the season’s MVP award.
