A few days after poking fun at the Ball brothers, Latvian head coach Arturs Stalbergs finds himself out of a job having parted ways with Lithuanian side Lietkabelis Panevezys.

It has been widely reported that LaVar Ball wanted his sons LiAngelo and LaMelo to play professionally in Europe, a move that has been mainly met with criticism. However, Lietkabelis have reportedly put their name in the hat to ink the two brothers.

Upon hearing the news, the 33-year-old Stalbergs jokingly tweeted about new job offers for the Ball brothers … in their security department.

“Yes, we have an openings at the security staff since they have an experience in this field????,” Stalbergs tweeted on December 5. The tweet has since been deleted by the Latvian playcaller, and while there are no exact reasons behind his release, many are wondering if this tweet was the reason.
