Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz fortified its frontline by signing power forward Kevin Jones to a short-term deal.

The contract is for two months with an option to extend it for the remainder of the season.

Jones (2.03 meters, 28 years old) played for Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar last season and averaged 11.9 points and 5.8 rebounds in 16 7DAYS EuroCup games to help the club reach the competition’s semifinals.

Lokomotiv was his third European club after stints with Partizan NIS Belgrade in Serbia and Cholet in France. Jones has also played for Cleveland in the NBA, Canton in the D-League and San Miguel in the Philippines.
