NBA-based players Ersan Ilyasova and Omer Asik have declared themselves available for the Turkish national team for this summer’s Eurobasket.

The 30-year-old Ilyasova, who plays for the Atlanta Hawks is a constant performer for the national team will look to be make his sixth appearance at a Eurobasket, since his first outing in 2007.

Asik is also a regular for the national side and along with Ilyasova won the silver medal at the 2010 FIBA world championships in Istanbul.

Turkey will be co-hosting Eurobasket this summer, along with Israel, Romania and Finland.

Turkey will be based on the Asian part of Istanbul for the group stage, along with Serbia, Latvia, Belgium, Russia and Great Britain.
