Maccabi Tel Aviv are actively looking for potential additions to the team for the next season. The latest report by sport5.co.il suggests that The Yellows are already holding informal negotiationa with the Croatian guard Zoran Planinic. The two year contract of a 28-year-old CSKA Moscow player expires this summer.
It also expected that Planinic will be offered a deal which is significantly lower than his previous contracts with TAU Ceramica and CSKA Moscow.
Planinic was one of the more important players in Moscow. He averaged 7.5 points and 2.1 assists per game for the Russian club in Euroleague this season.
Sarunas Jasikevicius is reported to have agreed to make a return to his former club this summer too.
