Alan Anderson of Maccabi Tel Aviv could be on his way to Spain, sport5.co.il reports. The American forward arrived to Israel from Cibona last summer. He could switch teams this summer again after Real Madrid showed interest in the player.
27-year-old Anderson is offered €2.5 million for two years by Real Madrid. However, Maccabi has an option to keep the player for one more season. The decision must be made until June 20. Anderson has also an NBA option in his contract which allows him to move to NBA after the season is over.
During twenty games in Euroleague Anderson averaged 13.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists. His best game was against the club that wants him, Real Madrid, in the Top 16 stage. Anderson had 20 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals with the index rating of 40.
