Miami Heat star Giannis Antetokounmpo says he is ready for the NBA regular season to begin as he continues adjusting to his new team.
The Greek forward explained that he has become increasingly comfortable playing alongside his Miami teammates and is pleased with his current situation.
Antetokounmpo also pointed to communication with his teammates as an important part of his adjustment, saying that additional playing time has helped him become more familiar with the group.
“The more I play, the more comfortable I get … I’m good. I’m in a good place … my teammates are communicating with me … I’m in a good place; I want the season to start, get the ball rolling … I want the regular season to start; that’s when I get my dopamine. I feel like myself.”
