Quick 2026 NBA Draft notes with the first round of green room invites now sent out.

  • 14 total draft-eligible prospects have been invited to the NBA Draft’s green room thus far, as I’ve mentioned ten of those guys before in this notes series (AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, Caleb Wilson, Keaton Wagler, Kingston Flemings, Darius Acuff Jr., Aday Mara, Mikel Brown Jr., and Nate Ament).
  • Brayden Burries (Arizona), Labaron Philon (Alabama), Karim Lopez (Mexico), and Christian Anderson Jr. (Texas Tech) will be seated in the green room as well. 
  • I’d say Burries has the highest probability to crack the top ten if someone from that Dybantsa-Ament list falls. The Athletic’s Sam Vecenie recently wrote that the former Arizona guard is who he hears most with Dallas at No. 9. Vecenie also said that Burries isn’t working out in as many places as you’d expect.
