The NBA’s investigation into allegations involving Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers appears to be entering its final stages.

According to reports, Leonard, his uncle and adviser Dennis Robertson, Clippers owner Steve Ballmer, several team executives and representatives from Aspiration have all been interviewed as part of the league’s review.

Before Game 1 of the NBA Finals, commissioner Adam Silver suggested that the process may soon be completed.

“We’re close to the point now where I think we need to wrap this up.”

The investigation centers on allegations that the Clippers circumvented league rules in connection with Leonard’s compensation.

The organization has consistently denied any wrongdoing, and no timeline has been announced for when a final decision will be made.
