Giannis Antetokounmpo gave recognition to a fan on social media after the fan chose not to approach him while he was spending time with his family at the Milwaukee Zoo.

The fan posted online that he was only a few feet away from Antetokounmpo but decided not to interrupt him out of respect.

“GIANNIS UPDATE: currently 3 feet away from him at the Milwaukee Zoo. No I will not be bothering him because I am not an a*shole.”

Antetokounmpo later responded to the post directly and thanked the fan for the gesture.

“I appreciate you 🙏🏾💯”
