The Washington Wizards will face the Miami Heat on Saturday, April 4, at 3:00 PM ET at the Kaseya Center, entering the game with multiple key players sidelined or questionable.

Washington has struggled recently, dropping four straight games, including a 131-153 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.

Washington’s injury report lists Justin Champagnie (right knee contusion), Bilal Coulibaly (right retrocalcaneal bursitis), Tre Johnson (right foot sprain), Alex Sarr (left big toe capsulitis), and Tristan Vukcevic (right knee contusion) as questionable. Trae Young (low back issue and right quad contusion), Anthony Davis (left finger sprain), Kyshawn George (left elbow sprain), D’Angelo Russell (not with team), and Cam Whitmore (right shoulder deep vein thrombosis) are all confirmed out.

Miami has fewer injury concerns heading into the matchup. Tyler Herro is probable with right foot soreness, while Norman Powell and Terry Rozier are out, the former in reconditioning and the latter not with the team. Andrew Wiggins is available despite managing left big toe sesamoiditis.

The Heat lost 129-147 to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday but beat the Philadelphia 76ers 119-109 in their previous home game.

Washington’s rotation will likely rely heavily on Alex Sarr, who averages 16.3 points and 7.4 rebounds per game, and Leaky Black, contributing 8.1 points and 5.9 rebounds. Julian Reese, with 11.4 points and 11.0 rebounds per contest, may see increased minutes if key forwards remain sidelined.

The Heat will count on Bam Adebayo, who averages 20.3 points and 10.0 rebounds, and Herro, contributing 21.4 points per game. Wiggins offers scoring and defense across the wing, while Jaime Jaquez Jr. provides depth with 15.0 points per game.

This season, Miami has dominated the Wizards in their previous two meetings, winning 132-101 at Washington and 150-129 at home.

Miami holds a 40-37 record, still in play-in contention, while Washington is 17-59, eliminated from postseason contention.
