South American giants Argentina have named their final 12-man squad for the Rio Olympics, with many believing that this will be the final time the ‘golden generation’ will represent the nation at a major competition.

Manu Ginobili, Luis Scola and Carlos Delfino and Andres Nocioni are all included by coach Sergio Hernandez with all apart from Delfino winning silver at the 2002 FIBA world championship. The four won gold at the the Athens Olympics in 2004.

Facundo Campazzo is also in the final roster.

Argentina will get an early clash with neighbours Brazil in the group stages with Spain, Lithuania, Croatia and Nigeria also included.
