The Philadelphia 76ers have converted Dominick Barlow to a multi-year standard NBA contract, rewarding his strong play this season.
Barlow appeared in 40 games for Philadelphia, making 33 starts after joining the team on a two-way deal on July 9, 2025.
The forward averaged 8.4 points while shooting 55.0 percent from the field, along with 5.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.0 steals in 24.0 minutes per game.
The New Jersey native has elevated his production recently, averaging 14.7 points on 55.8 percent shooting, 8.3 rebounds, and 1.6 steals over his last three games.
That stretch played a significant role in the organization’s decision to lock him into a standard contract.
Barlow reached double figures in scoring 17 times this season and recorded career-best performances on Feb. 2 against the Los Angeles Clippers, posting 26 points on 10-of-16 shooting while grabbing 10 offensive rebounds and 16 total boards.
Originally signed by the San Antonio Spurs as an undrafted free agent on July 10, 2022, Barlow has averaged 5.4 points on 53.3 percent shooting, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assist across 136 career games with 38 starts over three NBA seasons.
He spent time with the Spurs from 2022 to 2024 and the Atlanta Hawks during the 2024-25 season before joining Philadelphia. Barlow is represented by Todd Ramasar.
