Lawrence Frank has reached an agreement with the Los Angeles Clippers on a multiyear contract extension that is believed to span four seasons.

Frank has led the Clippers’ front office as president since 2017 and was recognized for his work by winning NBA executive of the year honors in 2020.

Reports earlier this season indicated he was nearing an extension even when the Clippers were struggling to a 6–16 start, signaling strong organizational confidence in his leadership.

That trust appears to extend beyond Frank, as the team is also expected to finalize contract extensions with additional members of its front office.

Before transitioning into an executive role, Frank built his résumé on the bench, serving as head coach of both the New Jersey Nets and the Detroit Pistons prior to joining the Clippers’ front office.
