The Portland Trail Blazers dethroned the Boston Celtics 114-108 to snap their three-game losing streak on Sunday evening.

Shaedon Sharpe led the Blazers with 26 points, 5 of 8 from three-point range, while Deni Avdija added 24 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds.

Portland forward Toumani Camara also contributed 20 points, Donovan Clingan added 18 points and 18 rebounds, and Caleb Love had 18 points off the bench.

On the other hand, the Celtics’ four-game winning streak was ended, but Jaylen Brown dropped 37 points on 14 of 23 from the field.

It was Brown’s ninth game in a row with 30 or more points, tying Larry Bird for the franchise record of consecutive 30-plus point games.

Anfernee Simons contributed 13 points off the bench in his first game against his former team, but Boston shot 43% overall and 29% from the three-point range.

The Celtics led 63-55 at halftime, but the Blazers pulled ahead by outscoring 31-22 in the third quarter.

Boston guard Derrick White finished a layup with 4:47 to play, made it 100-all, but Love’s three-pointer with 4:30 left put them ahead to maintain their momentum.

The Blazers will face the Dallas Mavericks at home on Monday, while Boston will visit Utah on Tuesday.
