Keyonte George erupted for a career-high 39 points, including the final six, to lift the Utah Jazz to a 130–126 win over the Memphis Grizzlies at FedExForum.
George also contributed eight assists as Utah snapped a two-game losing streak and improved to 9–15 on the season.
Lauri Markkanen added 26 points and nine rebounds, while Kevin Love scored 20, including 13 in the third quarter, helping the Jazz stay within striking distance throughout.
George hit a go-ahead 22-footer with under a minute left and sealed the win with two free throws in the final 7 seconds.
Memphis led 64–61 at halftime, with Santi Aldama scoring 22 points and Ja Morant returning from a 10-game absence to post 21 points and 10 assists.
Cam Spencer made all six of his 3-point attempts, finishing with 20 points, but the Grizzlies could not close out the game.
The Jazz pulled ahead in the third quarter after Kevin Love sank two late threes, giving Utah a 103–97 edge entering the fourth.
Memphis had multiple double-digit leads earlier in the third but failed to maintain consistency as Utah’s balanced attack kept them in the game.
Utah shot 46% from the field and 36% from three, while Memphis hit 46% overall and 46% from deep.
Memphis falls to 11–14, having struggled against teams above .500 this season, while the Jazz prepare for a three-game homestand starting Monday against Dallas.
