JB Bickerstaff: In the trenches, it’s hard to find somebody who gets the job done better than Paul Reed

Detroit Pistons head coach JB Bickerstaff spoke highly of Paul Reed’s bench production following last night’s 138-135 road win vs. the Miami Heat (13 points/10 rebounds/2 assists/1 steal/5-9 FG/1-2 3-PT/2-2 FT/+10 +/- in 19 minutes).

“I take my hat off to P. Reed. In the trenches, it’s hard to find somebody who gets the job done better than he does. For a guy to be able to rebound in traffic the way he does, it’s impressive. And his ability to get his hands on balls, block shots, create turnovers, and just be ready when his number’s called.”
