American combo guard David Duke Jr. is in advanced discussions to join the Perth Wildcats for the remainder of the 2025–26 NBL season, sources told Olgun Uluc of ESPN.
Duke would replace Mason Jones, who was released in mid-October after underperforming.
The 6-foot-4 guard brings NBA and G League experience, having appeared in 49 NBA games with Brooklyn and San Antonio, averaging 4.4 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per contest over 12.7 minutes.
He also has G League experience, where he posted averages of 16.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in 30.2 minutes across 27 games last season.
In the 2025 preseason with Phoenix, Duke totalled five points, three rebounds, and two assists across two appearances.
