One of the biggest adjustments for Jabari Parker in Belgrade has been working with legendary coach Zeljko Obradovic, who has won nine EuroLeague titles.

Former NBA forward says the Serbian coach immediately reminded him of his college mentor, Mike Krzyzewski.

“No players surprised me because I had experience with the guys, but Coach really surprised me,” Parker admitted.

“He reminds me of Coach K a lot. The things that he does, and the way he explains things. But I enjoy it because he only wants to bring the best out of you.”

For Parker, the message is simple: “If I’m having a bad game, somebody else deserves to play. So all I’m about is winning, and hopefully, we can bring back winning to Partizan.”
