Luka Doncic is making himself at home in Los Angeles, and it comes with a $25 million price tag.

According to The Orange County Register, the Lakers star purchased a Manhattan Beach property in late August from retired tennis champion Maria Sharapova.

The three-story modern estate includes five bedrooms, a two-lane bowling alley, and a great room that opens directly to the pool.

Built in 2015 on a quarter-acre lot, the residence was designed in collaboration with KAA Design after Sharapova tore down the original structure.

Real estate broker Dave Fratello, who writes the MB Confidential blog, described the Hill Section neighborhood as one of the most sought-after areas in the city, known for ocean views and luxury builds.

Doncic acquired the home through his business manager, Lara Beth Seager, according to property records.

Sharapova, 38, originally bought the land in 2012 for $4.1 million before transforming it into the sleek residence Dončić now owns.

The purchase comes weeks after the Slovenian guard signed a three-year, $165 million contract extension with the Lakers.

Doncic arrived in Los Angeles following a blockbuster February trade that sent Anthony Davis to Dallas.

His transition to the Lakers included memorable milestones, such as a 45-point performance in his return to Dallas and averaging 30.2 points per game in the 2025 playoffs.

Now, with his long-term deal in place and a new residence secured, the 26-year-old is settling into his new chapter in Southern California.

The neighborhood has drawn several other professional athletes in recent years. Former Rams quarterback Jared Goff built a multi-lot estate there, underscoring the area’s reputation as a destination for stars.
