The Oklahoma City Thunder extended their winning streak to six games with a 107-89 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night.

Aaron Wiggins led the way with a season-high 30 points, stepping up in the absence of MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who sat out for rest. Jaylin Williams recorded his first career triple-double with 10 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists.

Despite missing Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein, Oklahoma City (52-11) remained in control throughout the game. The Thunder built a comfortable lead in the first half and held off a brief comeback attempt by the Blazers (28-36) in the fourth quarter.

Portland cut the deficit to two points with seven minutes remaining, but Oklahoma City responded with back-to-back three-pointers from Wiggins and Williams. The Thunder held the Blazers to just 16 points in the final quarter, securing their first game allowing fewer than 90 points since November.

Isaiah Joe and Ousmane Dieng each scored 16 points for Oklahoma City, while Alex Caruso added 17 off the bench. Kenrich Williams contributed 10 points and six rebounds.

Scoot Henderson led the Blazers with 22 points, while Shaedon Sharpe added 19. Anfernee Simons had 14 points and five assists, but Portland struggled from beyond the arc, shooting just 18.6% (8-of-43) from three-point range.

Jerami Grant returned from a knee injury but finished with just four points on 2-of-10 shooting. Rookie center Donovan Clingan grabbed 12 rebounds, but the Blazers were outshot 46.4% to 34.7% from the field.

Jaylin Williams capped off his triple-double with a key jumper in the final minutes that pushed Oklahoma City’s lead back to double digits.
