The New York Knicks have signed free agent forward MarJon Beauchamp to a two-way contract, according to NBA insider Shams Charania.
Beauchamp, 24, was a first-round pick by the Milwaukee Bucks in 2022 and has spent this season with both the Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers.
He appeared in 26 games for Milwaukee and three for Los Angeles, averaging 2.2 points and 1.2 rebounds in just 4.8 minutes per game.
The 6-foot-7 forward brings size, length, and defensive potential to a Knicks team that has been thriving in the Eastern Conference.
New York (40-20) currently holds the third seed in the East, positioning itself as a strong playoff contender.
Beauchamp played his best NBA season as a rookie in 2022-23, averaging 5.1 points and 2.2 rebounds in 13.5 minutes per game with Milwaukee.
The Knicks’ front office has prioritized versatile, high-energy players, and Beauchamp fits that mold.
