Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey likes what he’s seen from undrafted two-way rookie Justin Edwards so far (averaging 7.4 PPG/2.9 RPG/1.0 APG/0.9 TOV/48.1% FG/36.0% 3-PT in 14 games played).

(via Philadelphia 76ers):

“He’s done a good job staying really level-headed. We ask him to guard sometimes the best guard on the floor, deny him and play him difficult and tough. So, he does a good job at that. And then, he shoots the ball really well. And then, the thing that I’ve been pretty surprised about, is his playmaking, the way he plays off the catch. He gets downhill and sometimes draws defenders and makes some pretty good passes. But I always mess with him like, ‘You was the No. 1 player in the country in high school for a reason, so show them what your game is.’ And he does a good job at that.”
