Michael Jordan has officially sold his famed Chicago mansion, with the new owner securing the property for just $9.5 million, a significant drop from its original asking price of $29 million.

The sprawling 56,000-square-foot estate, located in Highland Park, has been on the market on and off since 2012.

Despite its high initial price, the mansion was reduced to $14.8 million in 2015, and after several years of negotiations and contingencies, a deal was finally struck this week at a much lower price, under $10 million.

The mansion, which Jordan built in 1995, is situated on seven acres of land and boasts some incredible features.

It includes nine bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, an indoor gym, a library, a cigar room, and even a full-sized basketball court.
