Orlando Magic guard Cole Anthony talked about building off solid performances/staying confident following last night’s 121-94 home win vs. the Washington Wizards (16 points/2 rebounds/3-4 FG/2-3 3-PT/8-8 FT/+6 +/-).

Reporter: “Individually, Jamahl Mosley just said you knocked down a right-wing three, gave him a little bit of a stare on the side of the bench, and that’s just how you are as that kind of competitor. What does this performance mean for you just to get back into the rotation like that and to really continue to gain that confidence offensively?”

Anthony: “It felt good, man. It’s one of those things that it really felt good, especially it obviously hasn’t been the start to the season I would have liked, but look, I’m hopeful. I’ve continued to just put my head down, grind, do what I need to do on and off the court. Just going to keep trying to put these performances together, keep earning my way back into the lineup, and do what I can do.”
