Oklahoma City Thunder big man Chet Holmgren discussed making the right reads following last night’s 102-87 road win vs. the Denver Nuggets (25 points/14 rebounds/5 assists/2 steals/4 blocks/11-18 FG/3-5 FT/+9 +/-).

(via Oklahoma City Thunder):

“I was just trying to read the game and make the right play, the winning play, the aggressive play. No matter what the moment is, always read the game, and that’s what I was trying to do. They were closing hot a lot, and if they don’t close hot, Imma shoot and make those threes. So they were trying to get me off the line, and if you want to do that, cool, that’s not all I can do.”
