Robin Lopez addressed reporters on Saturday after taking part in Goran Dragic’s farewell game in Slovenia. The two players share a connection, having both begun their NBA careers with the Phoenix Suns in 2008. Lopez reflected on their early days in the league and expressed his admiration for Dragic’s illustrious career.

“We were rookies together, and he was somebody I could look to because he had been a professional before in Europe,” Lopez said. “Gogi was somebody I could always look up to and model myself after.”
