The Miami Heat, in the midst of an intriguing offseason, are facing decisions regarding their roster composition. One of the ongoing discussions involves the potential return of free agent Goran Dragic, who previously played for the Heat from 2015 to 2021.

According to Ira Winderman of The Sun Sentinel, the Heat are hesitant to add Dragic to their roster, especially with 37-year-old point guard Kyle Lowry already in the mix. The team is wary of having two veteran point guards of the same age.

As for alternatives, the Heat could consider 33-year-old John Wall, who has been a free agent since last February. Wall could provide valuable experience and depth to Miami’s backcourt.

While there have been doubts about Dragic’s return, the Heat’s perspective on the matter could change if Kyle Lowry were to be traded. In such a scenario, Dragic’s potential reunion with Miami might be revisited.
