Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard has agreed to a three-year, $59 million contract extension. NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski reported the details on X.

This extension is the maximum allowable for a player with his breakout status from the 2024 NBA playoffs.

Nembhard, currently with the Canadian national team at the Paris Olympics, had a standout season.

In the 2024 playoffs, he averaged 14.9 points and 5.5 assists while shooting 56 percent from the field.

The Pacers drafted Nembhard with the 31st overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.

His previous contract was a four-year deal worth $8.58 million.

Nembhard’s performance during the Pacers’ run to the conference finals has significantly boosted his value.
