Glen “Big Baby” Davis isn’t worried about his upcoming prison sentence. The ex-NBA star was all smiles this week, telling TMZ Sports he thinks it might help him achieve his dream physique.
The former Boston Celtics player was sentenced in May to 40 months in prison for his role in defrauding the NBA’s Players’ Health and Benefit Welfare Plan.
However, when we spoke with him at LAX, the 38-year-old was cheerful and said he’s “not nervous” about going to prison.
“I feel like I’m going to have good quality time in there,” Davis said. “Learn things, meet new people. It’s going to be all right.”
