Colin Castleton is determined to secure a roster spot with the Los Angeles Lakers for the upcoming season.
According to Corey Hansford of Lakers Nation, Castleton expressed his aspirations during an interview with Lakers Nation’s Trevor Lane and Sean Davis.
“Yeah, for sure, definitely. That’s my goal, that’s my plan, I want to play with the Lakers,” Castleton stated, highlighting his commitment to joining the team.
Castleton signed a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers and their G-League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers, on July 3, 2023.
In his rookie season, Castleton appeared in 16 NBA games, averaging 1.5 points in limited minutes per game.
Additionally, he showcased his skills in the G-League, where he played 12 games and averaged 14.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.
