As Round 32 of the EuroLeague approaches, teams are vying for playoff berths and seeding positions in the highly competitive league. The official EuroLeague website analysed all possible scenarios for postseason for Round 32.
Real Madrid has already secured the top spot, but for other teams, the postseason fate hangs in the balance.
FC Barcelona:
- If Barcelona wins and either Olympiacos loses to Partizan Belgrade or Fenerbahce falls to ALBA Berlin, Barcelona secures a playoff spot.
- Barcelona cannot clinch home-court advantage in the playoffs this week.
Monaco:
- Monaco can reach the playoffs without winning its game if Barca loses, or if both Fenerbahce and Olympiacos lose.
- Monaco cannot secure home-court advantage in the playoffs this week.
Panathinaikos:
- Panathinaikos can advance only if both Olympiacos and Fenerbahce lose.
- Panathinaikos cannot secure a top-four finish in Round 32.
Fenerbahce:
- Fenerbahce needs Olympiacos to win or Virtus to lose to secure a top-six finish.
- Home-court advantage is not achievable for Fenerbahce this week.
Olympiacos:
- Olympiacos must win against Partizan and rely on other results to make the playoffs.
- They can qualify if both Barcelona and Fenerbahce win.
Virtus:
- A win against Panathinaikos guarantees Virtus a place in the Play-In Showdown.
- Virtus can clinch without winning if Valencia loses, or if Milan and Efes both lose.
Baskonia:
- Baskonia’s place in the postseason is guaranteed with a win against Anadolu Efes.
Elimination Possibilities:
- Zalgiris risks elimination if they lose to Milan by more than six points, or if they lose and either Valencia or Partizan wins.
- FC Bayern faces elimination if they lose to Barcelona and both Partizan and Valencia win.
- Anadolu Efes could be eliminated if they lose, Valencia and Partizan win, and Bayern loses.
