Damian Lillard and Bobby Portis combined for 62 points to propel the Milwaukee Bucks (44-24) to a 140-129 win against the Phoenix Suns (39-29).

Despite the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo due to injury, the Bucks found ways to score, sinking 24 three-pointers to secure the victory.

Lillard dazzled with 31 points and 16 assists, while Portis dominated in the paint, tallying 31 points and 10 rebounds to anchor Milwaukee’s frontcourt.

The Suns put up a valiant effort to stage a comeback, narrowing the deficit in the fourth quarter behind Bradley Beal (28 points), Grayson Allen (25 points), and Devin Booker (23 points).

However, Milwaukee’s sharpshooting from beyond the arc and clutch scoring down the stretch proved too much for Phoenix to overcome.

Khris Middleton provided valuable support in his return from injury, chipping in 22 points to complement Lillard and Portis’ offensive onslaught.

With the win, Milwaukee solidified its position in the Eastern Conference standings, moving 1.5 games ahead of the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second-best record.

Meanwhile, the Suns, currently occupying sixth place in the Western Conference, face a tight playoff race as they strive to maintain their postseason positioning.
