Cameron Johnson emerged as one of the bright spots for the Nets during Wednesday’s game. Despite returning after a three-game absence due to an ankle sprain, he made a solid contribution, tallying 13 points, three rebounds, and two assists in 29 minutes of play.

Coach Kevin Ollie commended Johnson’s performance, emphasizing the importance of players understanding their roles and making the most of their playing time.

Ollie noted that Johnson effectively managed his minutes and closed out the game for the team, reflecting the desired understanding of his role on the court.

“We’re going to always look at what’s best for the team,” Ollie said. “I just thought he took care of his minutes, finished the game for us and, you know, that’s what I want him to understand.”
