Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone had a clear message for Boston Celtics fans following his team’s 115-109 victory at home.

In a hard-fought battle between two playoff contenders, the defending NBA champions delivered when it mattered most.

Despite the Celtics’ valiant effort, particularly from Jaylen Brown, it was the Nuggets who emerged victorious, much to the delight of their passionate fan base.

Following the game, Malone took a moment to acknowledge the Celtics fans in attendance, offering them credit for their support throughout the contest.

However, Malone couldn’t resist injecting a bit of playful banter, reminding Celtics fans that despite their loyalty, they would have to “take that L on the way out.”
