Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant has bestowed high praise upon the Boston Celtics ahead of their matchup, dubbing their starting lineup as the best in the league.
“Best starting five in the league by far,” the Durant said about Boston, per Duane Rankin.
Durant’s endorsement comes as the Suns gear up to host the Celtics following a standout performance against the Toronto Raptors, where the two-time NBA champion led his team to victory with a 35-point performance.
The Celtics, led by stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, boast a formidable starting lineup that includes Kristaps Porzingis, Jrue Holiday, and Derrick White, all of whom average double-digits in scoring.
Boston is currently leading the league with 48 wins and 14 losses.
