Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey showcased their scoring prowess, combining for 68 points to propel the Philadelphia 76ers (27-13) to a convincing 124-109 victory over the Orlando Magic (22-20) on Friday night.

Despite sitting out the fourth quarter, Embiid contributed 28 points in the first half alone. Alongside his scoring, Maxey contributed five assists and three steals.

The Magic, led by Wendell Carter Jr.’s 25 points and 11 rebounds, fought valiantly. Jalen Suggs added 16 points, while Paolo Banchero contributed 14 points, eight rebounds, and six assists.
