Milwaukee Bucks rookie Andre Jackson isn’t shying away from guarding the NBA’s most talented players.

(via Milwaukee Bucks):

“I love to compete. I’m never hiding from that. I’m never running from that. [Tyrese] Haliburton, I was excited to play against him. We lost against them (the Indiana Pacers) twice in a row, and I couldn’t wait to see him. So that’s my nature, to just be competitive. I played at UConn for three years. Coach Dan Hurley really taught me that and made me be that every single day, so I have a lot of sweat equity. I have a lot of times guarding very good players in practice, in games, in big games, in small games. So whatever it is, that’s what I want. I want to step up to the plate and I want to guard the best players just to see that challenge and see where I stack up.”
