Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka found himself ejected with 8:35 remaining after receiving his second technical for a verbal exchange with LeBron James, who also received a technical foul, in a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Rockets.
Post-game, Udoka was questioned about the incident that led to the technical fouls and his ejection.
“We had some conversation, and they didn’t like what they heard, the refs,” the coach said. Udoka refrained from providing specific details but clarified that the exchange was between him and the ‘player’ (James).
