Zalgiris notched their sixth consecutive victory in the Betsafe LKL Regular Season, extending their perfect record to 6-0 with a 76-70 win against Nevezis-Optibet at Kedainiu Arena. Lukas Lekavicius provided an early boost, scoring 16 points in the first quarter under the guidance of coach Kazys Maksvytis.

The 29-year-old point guard continued his contribution with two more points in the second quarter, ultimately finishing with 21 points, including a crucial late three-pointer that secured a three-possession lead with just over three minutes left in the fourth quarter.

Laurynas Birutis contributed 11 points and eight rebounds, while Rolands Smits added ten points to the team’s tally. Arnas Butkevicius recorded six points, along with six rebounds, one steal, and one assist in the successful outing.
