Austin Reaves, the emerging star of the Lakers, is currently donning the Team USA jersey at the FIBA World Cup, alongside a constellation of talented players.
Despite his affiliation with the Lakers, Reaves has made it clear that he’s not leveraging this opportunity to recruit fellow players to Los Angeles.
In an interview with Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times, the 25-year-old shooting guard stated, “No no no. Not me. I would never. You would never tamper. Players can’t tamper… No. I say the L.A. weather is good. And that’s it.”
