Once again, Luka Doncic steals the spotlight, propelling Slovenia past Georgia, 88-67, to maintain an undefeated record in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023.

At the Okinawa Arena on Monday night, Doncic’s stellar performance included a game-high 34 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists in just under 32 minutes of play. His leadership secured Slovenia’s second consecutive victory.

Despite Doncic’s 12-point effort, Slovenia trailed by one after the opening period. However, they found their rhythm in the next quarter, scoring 26 points and securing a 45-33 halftime lead.

The team maintained control and eventually widened their lead in the final stretch. Doncic’s step-back three-pointer extended their advantage to 22 points, 72-50, with approximately seven minutes remaining.
