The Heat have their backs against the wall after going down 1-3 in the NBA Finals against the Nuggets. Udonis Haslem, who turned 43-years-old a couple of days ago, has been in Miami since 2003 and has won three NBA championships during that period.

The veteran forward provided a perspective on what it takes to win a title in this league, saying that nobody talks about how hard it is.

“Winning a championship will be the hardest thing you ever do,” Haslem, the oldest player in the NBA said, via Tim Reynolds. “People only talk about the parade and holding up the trophy. They don’t talk about the journey, the sleepless nights, the frustration, the tears, the pain. They don’t talk about that (stuff).”
