Former NBA guard Tony Allen, who last played for the New Orleans Pelicans in the 2017-18 season, could face up to 2 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud and wire fraud.

Allen played 14 seasons for the Grizzlies, Celtics, and Pelicans. He averaged 8.1 points and 3.5 rebounds in 820 regular-season games. He won 1 NBA championship.
